Whether the death penalty affects the rate of murder or not

I visited the death penalty website which is talking about the death penalty in the US and its effect on the murder rate or not. The death penalty is not applied in all the United States. According to this website the murder rate in non-death penalty states has remained lower than the rate in states with the death penalty. This website shows us the rate of murder in 2000, which was up in states that apply death penalty, and it was 35% higher than states that did not apply the death penalty and in 2001, the murder rate in states with death penalty grew again to 37%.

In my opinion, this website is proof that the death penalty dose not affect the murder rate and they prove it by the figures, but I can't imagine or believe that, because in my country it affects the murder rate significantly.

The rate of murder is going down in US

I visited the CNN website which is talking about the rate of crime in the United States. According to this website, the rate of murder is going down and in 1997 it became the lowest level for murder in 30 years, but the rate of the young Americans murders is going up. The website tell us about what the White House said; they said "the rate of murder especially the homicide should continue to decline into next year" which is of course good news for American people. According to the website the firearm killings by people who are age 25 and older is going down; it plummeted by roughly half between 1980 and 1997 but it is going up by the young people who are ages between 18 and 24 from about 5,000 killings by firearms in 1980 to more than 7,500 in 1997, and there are other findings but I think the most important one is that the murder rate is high in the South and on the West Coast and low in New England and the Rocky Mountain states.

In my opinion, this website tells us about the rate of murder in the United States and which people do more murders depends on the age and other things like gender and color, I didn't mention gender and color in my summary, but anyone can visit the website and read about that. This of course is good news for people who live in the United States even if they are citizens or residents. I don't know why the rate of murder going down, but I think it is more then one reason for example better police, less guns and more employment opportunities.

The ten most wanted in United States

I visited This website shows us the ten persons the FBI wants to punish. These people did some crimes for that the FBI wants them. This website has the names of these ten people and some picture of them with descriptions of their appearance and what the crimes they did in the past and now. According to the website if anyone has some information about these ten persons and this information led to the arrest of them and he contacts with the FBI office or the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate if he is outsaid the United States he may win an award.

In my opinion, this website is useful to people who want to know about the people most wanted in the United States and what they did do and also who want help the Justice . The website is easy to use and anyone can also contact with the FBI by this website.
